This is a very important part of your team's management, you will need to firs sign a good commercial manager, alway's try to higher the best one there is, they will pay for them selves don't worry about that.

The better there stats the better the sponsors offer you, also hire 100 commercial staff to help your head commercial out, don't worry they will also pay for the selves.

Here is an example of a poor rated commercial manager's stats, see bellow
Experience: Okay
Contacts: Very Bad
Persuade: Very Bad

Spot 5: 560 052 ,-
Spot 4: 308 328 ,-
Spot 3 156 871 ,-
Spot 2: 81 006 ,-
Spot 1: 38 890 ,-
Total = 2.309.844

Now a Head Commercial with good stats, see bellow.
Experience: Terrible
Contacts: Very Good
Persuade: Very Good

Section 5: $700000+
Section 4: $380000 - $420000
Section 3: $210000 - $260000
Section 2: $125000 - $160000
Section 1: $60000 - $72000
Total = $ 2..9 - $3.4 million

As you can see from the above the better the commercial manager's stats the better the sponsors offer's are.
